NEW FACES OF CANNT PHOTO CONTEST
A New face for CANNT
CANNT is looking to update the Homepage photo on the website.
We need your help!
We are asking members to participate by submitting a photo that you think would best represent the many faces that make up the Multidisciplinary Renal Team. This should include nurses, technologists, social workers, pharmacists, physicians, community services, transportation services etc. to highlight your renal team.
We are looking for a photo (high quality) that would be able to be published on the CANNT Home page (www.cannt.ca)
Please submit a short story about your team including who they are, why the team is important and how they work together. All persons photographed must give permission for their photo to be taken and used by CANNT.
The story and photo will be published in a future CANNT journal.

A $200.00 gift certificate will be awarded to the winner to the vendor of their choice!
