Fact Sheet on Liaisons
One of the goals of CANNT is "To have nephrology nurses and technologists as active members or CANNT/ACITN." In order to achieve this CANNT recruits Liaisons in units across Canada to represent CANNT and to increase visibility.
Liaisons are encouraged to be the face of CANNT in each unit and to relay information from the CANNT board to membership and conversely membership information back to the board. Information sharing is facilitated through quarterly reports from each liaison published in the CANNT Journal and on the CANNT website in regional reports.
After successfully completing a one year term as a CANNT Liaison the liaison will receive a discounted one year membership with CANNT.
